Why do you need to Set up a Google Account?
You need a Google Account to access and use Google services and tools such as :

Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager ( GTM)
Google Search Console ( was Google Webmaster tools)
and other Google-owned Services like a GBPP ( Google Business Profile Page ( Formerly GMB – Google My Business/ Maps)
